Färjan - the cruise

Another morning in stockholm. Yesterday I went to tje royal castle to listen to High school students singing, they played the violin, guitar and sang. The first 3 groups were truly talented, but the last Singer out sounded like a depressed old lady and she sang for 30 min, i really wanted to leave, but you cant when its in the castle :)

Since i came to Stockholm, 4 days ago i have gone to the toilet everyday so it feels like My stomach is in better shape than ever, so when i come back home om tuesday i Will probably hit phase 2 dukan diet, eating protein and vegetables, but with some more fat!

Today at 19 im going onboard on a Cruise to Åbo in Finland for one night, i have no idea what to expect so i Will kiss and tell later!

Stockholm the first day - Henrik Fexeus reading our minds

Yesterday I took a flight to Stockholm in the morning. I went with my mom to work and of course enjoy ourselfs for one week. We worked until 6 and then went to buy tickets for Henrik Hexeus, à swedish psycologist who has written many books about how easy it is to control the humans mind. When we got to Rival hotel where the show was going to be they told us that us that it was for invited guest only and no tickets where sold for this show, we were dissapointed but put on our charm and asked if all the guests whould surely show up, and thenhe Said no and gave us tickets for free!! Saved us 800 kr!! The show was spectacular, he played many tricks with the audience minds and even put a women into hypnose making her think she was a dead child! I truly recommend everyone to read his books, i read two of then and they thought me some manipulating skills and how to read other people correctly :)

Dukan diet - WARNING for those with a sensitive stomach

Today is the day ! I went to the toilet ! After another phone call to the hospital yesterday where the nurse told me that if it starts coming up the wrong way - that is through vomiting I should go to the emergency, so I got really scared, did 30 min yoga, ate all the fat I could and took another laxative up the ass - and voila!!

Tomorrow morning I leave for Stockholm one week, where I will work and go on a cruise for Finland, I hope to be able to blog from there as well when I have time. I will eat healthy, but still some more fat and some slow carbs :)

I will post my results later today, though they will be a little bit weird since I have a lot of food inside of me still, like one weeks food :)

Dukan diet - day 14 - NOT GOOD

This Sunday I did everything to be able to go to the toilet, it was really starting to stress me out. I took a creme that you put through a pipe in you ass and more laxative pills - with no results. After some hours I called the hospital and they said that I should eat food with high percent of fat and some carbs... that the laxative wont work if I don't change my diet.. since I am getting really ill from this I went and bought a pizza and my boyfriend is really upset with me sticking to the diet though I was obviously having problems with going to the toilet for many days now. I went to the toilet once, but almost nothing came out..  It is definitely stressing me out now! I just want to go to the toilet for one hour and get one weeks food out. I hope this didn't happend to anyone else in the Dukan diet. I will continue with a low carb diet but introduce more fat since I'm scared to stay like this.  I think I was in the Attack phase to long maybe.

Tomorrow I'm going to Halmstad to meet some customers so I'm just praying that the problem is gone, also so that I can start doing more exercise, wich is impossible when your full of food :)

Dukan diet - day 13 what I ate and the weight in day 14

I started the day by eating some psyllium seeds in my yoghurt and some eggs with vegetables, for lunch I had sallad, but with my stomach problem growing and me feeling really sick I decided to end the cruise phase and enter the Consolidation phase and start it with the meal where you can eat whatever you like.
It was my bofriends moms birtday so we had dinner at her place where I had turkey with vegetables and some fruit cake for dessert. On the way home we bought some candy and crisps, I felt really guilty but wanted to chock my stomach into going into the toilet.

On Sunday morning I didn't weigh myself, the weights doesn't mean anything when you cant go to the toilet.

Dukan diet - day 12 what I ate and the weight in day 13

On the Friday Dukan went fine, but the stomach problem was still there. I took 2 laxative pills in the morning together with psyllium seeds and oat bran in the yoghurt, no egg and lots of coffe. For lunch I had sallad from my no 1 spot Sallads n smoothies, they are the best.
In the evening we had dinner in a restaurant where I still followed Dukan with grilled cod with beans and spinach. 
Breakfast yoghurt with psyllium seeds, oat bran and cinnamon. 
Lunch my favorite sallad.

Weigh in on the Sat was 62 kilos, it wont go down until I go to the toilet....

Dukan diet - day 11 what I ate and the weight in day 12

Yesterday was probably my worst day so far, I was really starting to feel that only going to the toilet once in 11 days is not a good thing, I felt really swollen and almost a bit sick and the ache from training and walking really in my face. I took the laxative pills in the morning, but they did nothing for me.
So today when I woke up and have been to the toilet 3 times before 9 in the morning, feels like a big relief.

This is what I ate:

Breakfast as usual, adding 1 cup of coffe. 

Lunch: 1 egg, cottage cheese, slices of roast beef and turkey, 2 cornichons.
Dinner: I was so full still so I only ate some cray fish tails with vinegar and some coriander.

Snack in the evening: Yoghurt with cottage cheese.

 After my first toilet visit I weighted myself, 61,8 kg, only -0,1 kg loss in 4 days... it feels like a bit of a struggle when there are no results, but I will stick to the diet and just hope that the results come in time.
I got some advice from 2 other girls that are on the Dukan diet, commenting on my toilet problem, to take 1 or 2 spoons of flaxseeds or psyllium seeds on the yoghurt in the morning to kick start the stomach, so I did this morning and will do the rest of the Dukan diet, I hope for the best and thanks for the kind advice!

Versace for HM Cruise collection

I just laid my hands on 5 pieces from the Versace HM Cruise collection, it was impossible to log on to HMs website and then all of sudden I got in :)

I bought: pink dress, shoes with fruits, swimpants for men, pink silk top and my personal favourite a light purple top!

Copenhagen highlights during the day

To walk around in Copenhagen makes me feel alive! It's very different from Malmö (my city in Sweden), it takes only 20 min with a train over the bridge but the whole atmosphere changes. I love it!
The city is alive, especially when walking in all the small streets with little boutiques and hidden bars, its wonderful, I get the feeling that anything can happend.

Dukan diet - day 10 what I ate and the weight in day 11

Yesterday I was in Copenhagen and for real walked non stop for 8 hours! I thought it would be hard to find a place to eat Dukan style, but at the top floor of Magasin (shopping mall) they had a sallad buffe with chicken file, just perfect! I didn't eat any snacks, so when I got home at 8 in the evening I was very hungry, not good to have that much time in between meals.

The weigh in this morning showed that not going to the toilet gives bad results, with 62,2 kg I have gained 0,3 since yesterday. This morning I took some laxative pills that takes 6 hours to work, so we will see tonight :)
I wanted to go to the gym tonight, but from to much training and the walking yesterday I literally cant WALK today... so I will rest one more day.

Dukan diet - day 9 what I ate and the weight in day 10

On day 9 my stomach was stabilized again. Still no normal visits to the toilet . but but.. It was an only protein day and this is what I ate:



Breakfast as usual, but added a cup of coffe to start my stomach up

Lunch, 1 egg, cottage cheese, mackerel in tomato sauce

Snack before work out, yoghurt with cottage cheese

Dinner chicken file with light creme fraiche mixed with garam massala spice mix, coriander

Last night I worked out, african dance, with my boyfriends mom, she loved it and thats really good so that she can go there again and loose weight!
I liked it as well, but today my body is so tired that I can hardly walk and in 1 hour I will leave for Copenhagen to walk a whole day! Oh my God I will be tired tonight...
The weigh in this morning was a disappointment, 61,9 kg, no change since yesterday, I have to get my stomach working some how so that I can get rid of all those proteins that I put into my body. Today is a challenge to find Dukan Cruise phase food in Copenhagen, I will try my best.

Living on a tight budget and selling on Ebay

Today I had to buy something, just anything! I was looking for some more gym clothes to inspire me to work out more, but fell for a silk top instead, it was cheap (200 kr =20 EUR) and really nice so I had to have it. I buy some little things everyday, a bad habit that I have to get rid of if I want to save up 50.000 kr in 3 moths.

I the dressing room I noticed that my ass is getting smaller!!
Since I started my economic transformation on the 1st of Jan (17 days ago) I put out a lot of things on Swedish Ebay, today most of the auctions are finished, with a total of 6500 kr!! (650 EURO) Really nice extra money for my saving up plan! I will continue to look for more things that I don't use and put them out for sale. My goal is still 15.000 kr (1500 EURO) from selling on Ebay 3 months.

Dukan diet - day 8 what I ate and the weight in day 9

Day 8 was the first day of the cruise phase, meaning that you can add vegetables from a list. I was really happy about this and it tasted so good!
In the evening I got a shock though - toilet emergency!! The vegetables had totally messed up my stomach and all the food from last week came up, in liquid form, not a nice surprise. I also had some throat pastils that obviously had a laxative effect. So I couldn't really work out yesterday, but today I will go to a afro dance class for 1 hour at the gym, with my boyfriends mom, she has to loose weight and we will help her to get it started.

This is what I ate:

Breakfast as usual

Snack yoghurt with cottage cheese

Lunch, mackerel in tomatoepaste, tomatoes, sallad, coriander, vinegar

Dinner, ground beef, fried paprika, zucchini, onion, mushroom, sallad with tomatoes, coriander, sprouts, vinegar
The weigh in of day 1 in the Cruise phase was positive (probably because of the many toilet visits), I weighed 61,9 kg a loss of 0,3 kg since yesterday.
I did not walk with the Zaggora pants yesterday, so I will walk double time today, but not in the morning because my stomach is still not stabile.

Dukan diet - day 7 what I ate and the weight in day 8

The last day of Attack phase I was determined to loose some extra through exercise. I walked 40 min in the forrest, then 2,5 hours in the park (wearing Zaggora pants the whole time) and in the evening I went to a Fitness Fighter Boxing Class for 1 hour. I think I pushed a bit to much being on a non carb diet because in the class at the gym I felt weak and it went black for my eyes a couple of times, so today I will take it easy and wait with more exercise until tomorrow.

This is what I ate the last day in Attack phase:

Breakfast as usual

Lunch, 2 eggs, slices of turkey, cottage cheese, tabasco, herbal salt

Snack: 1 dl yoghurt

Dinner: cottage cheese, file of cod, creme fraiche mixed with ready spice mix, coriander

And the weigh in 62,2 kg, a total of 2,5 kg in one week! Since yesterday when I had put on weight because of some mistakes in the evening I had now lost 0,7 kg in one day, through a lot of exercise during the day.
I now have 5,2 kg left to reach my goal of 57 kg. I will now hit the cruise phase for 10 days, where I will be allowed vegetables from a list every other day, whilst the other days are pure protein days.

My aim this Cruise phase week is to loose 2,5 kg!

Attack phase finished - the results

This morning I will start the cruise phase, meaning that I can now eat some vegetables every other day! What a blessing!
I was in the attack phase for 7 days and had a total weight loss of 2,5 kg!
My starting weight was 64,7 and today I weighed 62,2 kg. Weight isn't everything, therefor I have also taken pictures and measurements.

Measurements before Attack phase:

calves 37 cm
thighs 59,5 cm
ass 97 cm
stomach 87 cm
waist 74,5 cm
breast 87 cm
upper arm 31,5 cm

Measurements after 7 days of Attack phase:

calves 37 cm
thighs 56,5 cm (-3 cm)
ass 96 cm  (-1 cm)
stomach 82 cm (-5 cm)
waist 69 cm (-5,5 cm)
breast 87 cm (-1 cm)
upper arm 30 cm (-1,5 cm)

This is really amazing results to be in only 7 days!!

From the pictures I cant see that much of a change, but maybe after one more week it will be more obvious.
The biggest problem I had during the Attack phase was not going to the toilet, I've gone once in 7 days... and being tired combined with some head ache. I haven't been hungry at all, and haven't really had cravings for anything special. I thought I would loose more weight, but I'm still satisfied with 2,5 kg in one week as long as I continue to loose now the second week.

Dukan diet - day 6 what I ate and the weight in day 7- FAILURE!!!

Today is not a good day, last night I went to my friends house for tapas, I brought some Dukan Attack food with me, but she had been making a soup for several hours, that was suitable for only protein as she said, it was vegetables and coconut milk in in :( I couldn't not eat it, so I took a little bit and some goat cheese and pickled gurken (allowed in attack phase in small doses) and then I knew I had failed the entire attack phase....... Feels like a big failure today, so maybe I will stay in this phase for some more days to make up for the bad.

This is what I ate:
Breakfast, yoghurt 1 dl, then I went running for 30 min at the gym, after that I had this:

Cottage cheese, 2 eggs, turkey slices, tabasco, herbal salt
Lunch: Yoghurt with cottage cheese
Dinner: Crayfish tails, coriander, spices, vinegar
Pickled gurken
20 gr goat cheese (failure)
1,5 dl soup (failure)
 When I did my weigh in this morning I had gained 0,4 kg, landing at 62,9 kg, meaning that I'm back where I was 2 days ago. Today I will walk a lot, in the forest and in the park and then go to a boxing class for 1 hour at the gym. Hopefully this will help!!! It feels like shit and on top of that I had a fight with my boyfriend this morning.... bad day.

Dukan diet - day 5 what I ate and the weight in day 6

Day 5 went really smooth, no head ache and I even went to the toilet :) Yippie!
I walked 30 min in the morning with the Zaggora pants as usual.
In the evening I went bowling with friends, every one had beer and wine and I had 2 big glasses of ice water, it didn't feel odd at all to drink water, good to know that I can d social things when other drink without joining in, this can be useful even after the diet.

This is what I ate:

Breakfast same as usual

Lunch, omelett 2 eggs, cottage cheese, turkey, onion, herbal salt, mustard

Snack, yoghurt with cottage cheese

Dinner, ground beef, light creme fraiche, onion,  coriander

Late night snack: yoghurt with cottage cheese
 Weigh in day 6 shows 62,5 kg, another 0,3 kg. A total weight loss of 2,2 kg in 5 days!
I already feel different, like I'm facing a more health future with more exercise and better food. I can't wait until Monday when I get to eat vegetables as well, heading for the cruise fase, it will make life a lot easier. I will take all my measurements again Monday to see the results, I already look at the stomach and ass and there is a change! Enjoy the week end and do write comments to give me more energy.
