Body cavitation session 3 - not really working

Tomorrow I will do session 4/5 of body cavitation, I don't know if I'm gaining weight for some other reasons or what.. but it's not working in the right direction. The lady who does it also took my measurements and told me I lost this and that, but she said I started out with 60 cm, when my thighs were actually 57 cm from the beginning, so I dont trust her all that.

I have little time now to reach my goal of 18 hours gym, 12 hours power walking in feb, so have to go more than once a day to the gym... hectic!

I did another measurement of my thighs to see the difference of these 2 last sessions,
right thigh 58 cm, left thigh 57 cm, so we will see but I dont feel the drastic change that the pictures on the internet promise!

Body cavitation session 2, a sunny day!

Now the sun is shining finally and I am on my way to the second session of Body cavitation of my inne thighs, took some pictures so that a comparison can be made before and after.

Yesterday I went to 75 min of yoga class and today I will go to a boxing class or go running, so the exercise plan is going really good.

I took new measurements of my thighs, around 57,5 cm ... now I really found the spot where they are biggest around so that I can really see the change.

A week end of body cavitation and bad friends

My last update on the Friday was that I was leaving for an after work with a friend, after a day in Copenhagen that was not a great success since I was selling a system after a test of 2 weeks and he didn't want to buy it.
I bought a lovely coat in white, to not be like everyone else in black and went back to Malmö. When I got home I took a glass of whine and got ready to leave, checked my facebook and there it was - a message from the girl I was going to the after work with that she was ill !! Ever heard of sms ? It was just a coincidence that I actually checked my fb, or else I would be in the city just waiting.. really bad style.

My boyfriend was out celebrating his friends birthday in copenhagen and got home at 5 in the morning, and I can never sleep until he is home, so I was up all night :)

On the Saturday I did the body cavitation, first session, I wanted to do it on my stomach but she said I had to little fat there to get any result, that positive, to have to little fat :) So I choose my inner thighs where I will do 5 treatments of 1 hour each. It didn't hurt or anything and after measuring my self after I had lost 0,5 cm on each thigh.  So if its the same result after each session I might loose 2,5 cm on each thigh! This is a place where it's really hard to loose weight.

After the Body cavitation I went to pick up my girl friend who I was going to go out with that night, since I haven't been drinking or going out for 1 month I was really excited. I had bought some wine and cheese and we got ready at my place. Then we went to a restaurant and she called her boyfriend - and he came - and hell began....
Or night out turned into a romantic dinner for 2 , with me as the third wheel. She has borrowed a transparent top from me and he just kept saying how he couldn't take his eyes of her and that he had a hard on... very rude! As the night continued, we went to a bar and then a club - just the 3 of us and they just kept kissing and sitting on each other so at 1 o clock I took a taxi home. Probably the worse night out ever, and I spent more money than on my entire trip to Stockholm, not what my wallet wants with the China trip getting closer and closer.

The only good thing was that I looked hot, much hotter than her :)

Bought vegetables and fruits - ate Burger King!

I still haven't recovered from the week in Stockholm with my body being messed up the entire time and the -15 weather making me freeze 24-7 so yesterday I wanted to start my new plan. I worked out at the gym for 1,5 hour on Wednesday, and then went healthy food shopping yesterday. In the evening I went for 1,5 hour powerwalk with my friend in the parc, soooo cold!! After that I was exhausted and when my boyfriend asked me to drive him to a dinner with friends I picked up food from Burger King on the way home, I have never done this alone before!! Big king and co with water.. and cheddar dipping for the fries, very unhealthy, so today I really have to get a grip! I will take a train to Copenhagen now to work for some hours and then join a friend for AW, also not so healthy :) I will try to drink wine instead of beer. I have now booked my first session of Body cavitation, tomorrow at 11, she said I need to choose an area on the body and then take around 5 sessions, so my 3 sessions have now turned into 5.

My new plan since Dukan was not for me + results

Since I have stumbled upon a lot of difficulties with the Dukan diet but still think that it has some highlights and I have decided to make my own plan instead, hoping for some even greater results now in Feb.

When I started Dukan in the beginning of Jan I weighed 64,7 kg, now after finishing the attack and cruise phase in 2 weeks and then eating normal food for 2 weeks, and some very unhealthy food to kick start my stomach after a bad constipation my weight is 62,6 kg!

I took my measurement again this morning to look at the damage normal food had made and I was surprised in a good way (comparing with just after the cruise phase 2 weeks ago)

Calves 36,5 cm (-0,5)
Thighs 57 cm (+0,5)
Ass 96 cm (same)
Stomach 81 cm (-1)
Waist 70 cm (+ 1)
Breast 86,5 cm (-0,5)
Upper arm 29,5 cm (-0,5)

Even though I have been eating totally of track from the Dukan diet the last 2 weeks my results stayed almost the same, 4 changed to the better and 2 changed a little bit to the worse, this is really good results and it feels great that I still have lost 2 kg! I now have less to loose to reach my target weight of 57-58 kg.

My new plan Feb:

  • Walk 30 min every morning
  • Power walk 3 hours a week
  • Stick to a low carb diet, but introduce more natural fat, like olive oil
  • Avoid sugar as much as possible
  • Go to the gym a total of 18 times (in Feb)
  • When drinking alcohol trying to drink wine and hard liquor with sugar free soda
  • Take 3 sessions of body cavitation
  • Go to bed early, as little stress as possible
  • 1 pure protein day a week 

With this new Plan I am hoping to loose at least 3 kilos! I dont have so much overweight, so I cant loose weight as fast as people with overweight, wish me good luck!

Body cavitation - fat removal with ultrasound

During Jan I will try the latest trend cavitation. This is a technique where the fat cells are destroyed by the heat from ultrasound waves. I have talked to some people who tried this method and they all had good results. It is perfect for areas where your fat just doesn't seam to want to disappear, even with exercise, like the stomach or thighs.
I will take 3 sessions a 40 min, all on the stomach.
If the result is anywhere near these pictures I will be super pleased!
I will of course take before and after pictures, as well as measurements. 
When you try a cavitation treatment you should stay on a low carb diet, so this is perfect in combination with Dukan diet.

Tomorrow it all starts so tonight I will eat as unhealthy as I can and enjoy!!

Body transformation

I will start this Monday, the 9th of January with changing my body.

I will do a combination of things to get a fast result as a kick start, to get me in the mood where everything feels possible.

Here is my plan for January:

- Dukan diet
- 30 min walking with Zaggora hotpants every morning
- 10 hours aerobic group training at the gym
- 4 hours wearing Zaggora hotpants every day (included morning walking)
- 3 sessions a 40 min Cavitation fat removal

I will go more into detail of what the different methods consist of on Monday.
On Monday I will take my measurements as well as have a weigh in, then I will weigh myself every 3 days and measure myself once a week for you to follow the results.
