I can not say anything but that I failed - no excuses

My goal for Feb was to go below the magic line of 60 kg, when I weighed myself today the scale showed 63,5 kg, with 2 days to go of Feb I have to call it a failure.

I cannot do anything but try better now in March!
I will put up the same goals for training, but stick to them instead of pushing it to the end. That is:
18 hours at the gym and 12 hours power walking + 30 min in the morning before breakfast, this before breakfast part hasn't been prioritized at all now in Feb, but I will really do it now in March!

I have more time and can plan my life more effectively this month, I will not work with much other than finishing up sketches and material for my trip to China.
Tomorrow I will fix a new passport and get vaccinated. (Twinrix =hepatitis A+B, colera shot, tyfoid fever) that is 4 shots, because the twinrix I have to take twice before I go.

China Guangzhou here I come!


I have now booked the ticket for my trip to China were you get to follow my adventure of making my own products!
I will go for one month to Guangzhou, the third largest town with 12 million inhabitant and the largest city for export in China. I am leaving on April 10 all alone!! Wish me luck :)

Stockholm again


Since Wednesday I have been in Stockholm. I worked wednesday until friday when my friend arrived. We had a lot of fun, went strolling around town and then had after work at Scandic Anglais - the hotel were they stayed, I stayed in my moms boss apartment.
We had dinner at Ritz, which is suppost to be a hot spot and a nice place to dine, not according to me. The menu was like meant for a hangover sunday instead of an all in Friday, hamburgers and meatballs  for around 200-300 kr a dish and ww had to wait 1 hour to get the food, bad place. Then we went to a  preparty with strangers, left it quick because they were weird and then head of for Berns salonger, a beautiful night club! We stayed there until 4 and then went home. On the Saturday I was hang over and woke up all to early... so I did't go out that night, felt great on the Sunday though!

Mindfulness - controlling your own happiness


Since I am a control freak with high expectations on life as well as on myself I have had lots of stress in my life and my mood is extremely fluctuating I have now started with Mindfulness. It is a combination of thinking exercises and breathing exercises and focuses on controlling your own thoughts and leaving in the moment instead of stressing out about the past and the future.
I will do the exercises everyday for 2 months (8 weeks) around 20 minutes daily and once a week I will attend a group exercise with leaders. I have now done this for 1 week and found that it is hard to find the time and the focus, but I hope it will work for me to make me more calm and make me enjoy life more!

Body cavitation session 3 - not really working

Tomorrow I will do session 4/5 of body cavitation, I don't know if I'm gaining weight for some other reasons or what.. but it's not working in the right direction. The lady who does it also took my measurements and told me I lost this and that, but she said I started out with 60 cm, when my thighs were actually 57 cm from the beginning, so I dont trust her all that.

I have little time now to reach my goal of 18 hours gym, 12 hours power walking in feb, so have to go more than once a day to the gym... hectic!

I did another measurement of my thighs to see the difference of these 2 last sessions,
right thigh 58 cm, left thigh 57 cm, so we will see but I dont feel the drastic change that the pictures on the internet promise!

My Ebay goal is getting closer - have to find more things!

With a goal of selling things on Ebay and making 15.000 kr in 3 months doesn't seam to far away, I still have time and things to sell so I can maybe make even more money! 9133 kr so far and I just put out 20 new items, and I have maybe 100 more things to put out. Even if it's not expensive things I can make a small amount from each item! 

Mini Dukan

Today I will start with a min Dukan diet, a very much lighter version, were I will stay away from carbs as much as possible and eat a lot of low fat protein, but I will still eat vegetables, so it will be like the cruise phase of Dukan.
My weight is still on 62,5 with a target weight of under 60 by the end of this month, 14 days to go! So I have to do something drastic. I wont drink alcohol until the end of next week and I will do as much exercise as I can fit into my schedule. I still have 10 more hours of power walking and 13 hours of gym exercise left to reach my goal this month. That means that I will have to exercise more than 1 hour a day the remaining days!
If I make this I will be superproud :)

Happy valentine and a bad day at work


Happy Valentine to everyone! Me and my boyfriend tried not to make this day super special since its so commercial and much nicer to make any other day special. Since we made this decision I was scared that I wasn't going to get flowers, so I bought roses for myself, but then my boyfriend showed up with my favorite TULIPS as well!

My loosing weight is not going so well because I eat crap everyday now... I dont know why, think I am stressed out, but it has to change if I want to meet my goals. Right now I am eating candy and its not the first day this week and still it is only Wednesday... I have to get a grip!

My saving up money is going crap, I was waiting for some people to come around and close some deals today and then they all said no, so I am not getting any money. This feels like shit and is really stressing me out. I have to choose if I should stop working and focus on planning my trip to China and the activities there or if I should give it a last try to make some money but then get less time for my China project. I would only on commission and the product is really hard to sell... my commission is very high if I sell, but since I am not selling at all - no money is coming in!

Loosing weight with the hangover

This week end has been a lot of fun and full of alcohol, which my body showed me is very bad for it by making me throw up yesterday.
On the Friday I went out with my boyfriend and his friend, it was ok, but we went home around half past one since sleeping felt like more fun. Then I wasn't hangover at all on the Saturday, we went to look at Taekwondo competitions with people from all over the world. It is not the most fun sport to look at, but a new experience!
In the evening I went to a birthday party/moving in party at a friends apartment, I havent seen her for years and only knew one other girl so I met all this new people and she had arranged everything super nice so the night was perfect.... the next day wasn't!! I drank to much, very much to much, by boyfriend told me that I sat on the toilet seat for so long that he had to come and get me and then I said "Peeing fast is only for rich people", so I was probably very messed up :)
On the Sunday I felt ok until lunch then I started to throw up, extreme hangover and couldn't eat even in the evening. So when I weighed my self this morning I was down to 61,3 kg! Really nice even if I will probably put some on for tomorrow. After this fun week end I have some much renewed energy and I will really focus on working out ! My friend who moved will probably work out at my gym and its a lot nicer to work out with a gym friend.

I have 14 hours of working out and 10 hours of power walking to go in 22 days, so I really have to plan these days and I think it will really give a good result! If I am not under 61,5 kg in the end of this week I will do some Dukan next week.
