Mini Dukan

Today I will start with a min Dukan diet, a very much lighter version, were I will stay away from carbs as much as possible and eat a lot of low fat protein, but I will still eat vegetables, so it will be like the cruise phase of Dukan.
My weight is still on 62,5 with a target weight of under 60 by the end of this month, 14 days to go! So I have to do something drastic. I wont drink alcohol until the end of next week and I will do as much exercise as I can fit into my schedule. I still have 10 more hours of power walking and 13 hours of gym exercise left to reach my goal this month. That means that I will have to exercise more than 1 hour a day the remaining days!
If I make this I will be superproud :)
