Dukan diet - day 1 what I ate and the weight in day 2

Godmorning!

Day 1 of the Dukan diet went great, I didnt feel hungry and actually enjoyed the food. I didnt really feel like carbs at all, though I got jealous of my boyfriend eating asparagus in the evening. Here is what I ate:

Breakfast, light yoghurt with oak grain 1,5 teaspoon and cinnamon, 1 egg with herbal salt

Lunch, looks disgusting, tasted great, canned tuna in water, 2 eggs, cottage cheese, lemon pepper 

Snack, yoghurt with cottage cheese and cinnamon.

Dinner salmon, red onion, light creme fraiche, crayfish, lemon pepper.

This morning I was all excited to weigh in, but to my big disappointment I had gained 0,2 kg since yesterday. So from 64,7kg to 64,9 kg. Im really hoping for better results tomorrow!

On the first day I also walked 30 min and wore the Zaggora pants almost the entire day.
