Dukan diet - day 2 what I ate and the weight in day 3

Day 2 went a little bit harder though I started to get a head ache, I tried drinking more, but I think I should probably drink even more to avoid head ache day 3.
I walked 40 min in the morning wearing the Zaggora pants. Then I was at some meetings so it was difficult to know when to eat, maybe it was too long in between meals as well.

Here is what I ate:

Breakfast, I will eat the same every day, 1 egg, yoghurt with oat bran, cinnamon

Lunch ground beef, fried without fat in spices, cottage cheese, onion, lemon pepper

Snack: 1 dl yoghurt

Dinner was suppost to be omelett, but it got stuck since I didnt use frying fat, so 2 scrambled eggs,  crayfish tails, low fat creme fraiche, lemon pepper, herbal salt, onion


The weigh in day 3 was much better, 63,9 kg, a weight loss of 0,8 kg in 2 days!
I planned to book the body cavitation for next week to further enhance my weight loss, but they were fully booked until mid Feb, so I will have to wait with that,
