I walked 30 min in the morning wearing the Zaggora hotpants and in the evening I did a 1 hour work out of pilates inspired Body Balance at the gym!
I have had a bad cold that doesnt seam to want to go away for 2 weeks, but as Im starting to feel better I will work out more.
This is what I ate:
Breakfast, same as the other days. |
Lunch, canned tuna, 2 eggs, cottage chese, onion, lemon pepper, herbal salt. Snack: Yoghurt with cardamom and cinnamon, really nice! |
Dinner, this was amazing!! Sashimi (sushi without rice), soya sauce, wasabi, some slices ginger. |
