Dukan diet - day 3 what I ate and the weight in day 4

Now the head ache was gone and I felt a lot better. The only negative aspect of this diet is that its boring not to be able to eat fruit and vegetables.
I walked 30 min in the morning wearing the Zaggora hotpants and in the evening I did a 1 hour work out of pilates inspired Body Balance at the gym!
I have had a bad cold that doesnt seam to want to go away for 2 weeks, but as Im starting to feel better I will work out more.

This is what I ate:
Breakfast, same as the other days. 

Lunch, canned tuna, 2 eggs, cottage chese, onion, lemon pepper, herbal salt.

Snack: Yoghurt with cardamom and cinnamon, really nice!

Dinner, this was amazing!! Sashimi (sushi without rice), soya sauce, wasabi, some slices ginger.

And the weigh in was positive, 63,4 kg, a loss of another 0,5 kg! If it continues like this I will be able to reach my goal in one month!
